Codfish
Codfish
Cod is mainly caught in the cold waters of the North Sea and around Iceland and Norway. This fish is recognizable by its grey-green back and speckled sides. The flesh is firm, white, and mild in flavor, and flakes beautifully. Available from us as fillets and loins in various sizes.
