Turbot
Turbot
Turbot is caught in the North Sea and in the waters around Iceland. This large, round-shaped flatfish has a striking, almost diamond-shaped body. Unlike its relative, brill, turbot has a rough skin with small bumps. Its firm texture and flavorful white flesh make it especially prized by chefs and gourmets.
