Our story
For more than 75 years, Bertus-Dekker Seafood has been renowned for its quality and craftsmanship. Since 2018, we have proudly been part of Cornelis Vrolijk, a leading family-owned company in the fishing industry. From IJmuiden, the fishing port of the Netherlands, we deliver the finest quality fish to customers at home and abroad every single day.
Purchasing
Our experienced buyers select only the highest quality fish directly at the auctions along the Dutch, Belgian, and Danish coasts.
Import
We import a wide variety of fish species from around the world, sometimes in collaboration with other companies within the Cornelis Vrolijk group.
Processing
Our fresh fish is processed and packaged at our factory in Ijmuiden, using our own packaging and fully tailored to the costumer's requirements.
Sales
We supply both fresh fish and frozen products. The fish is frozen in-hous enabling us to offer high-quality frozen products.
