Our fresh products

At Bertus-Dekker, quality control starts even before the fish auction.
Our experienced and well-trained buyers carefully inspect all landed fish to determine which lots will be purchased.

To maintain quality, we ensure an unbroken cold chain, keeping the fish at around 0 °C at all times.
