Brill
Brill
Brill lives on sandy and muddy seabeds in the North Sea, the eastern Atlantic Ocean, and around the British Isles. This large flatfish is closely related to turbot but can be easily recognized by its oval body and smooth skin without bumps. Its flesh is tender and has a subtle salty flavor.
